We are very fortunate to live right next to a state park. Every year they plant a whole field of sunflowers. It's gorgeous! This one was from a seed from last year but the field is almost ready to bloom! I can't wait!
As much as I love sunflowers, I'd be in trouble if I lived next door to a field of them. They make me sneeze! But I love looking at them, and how they turn their "faces" to the sun, and I think I'd be out in the field photographing them even if I sneezed! Great detail in the center of the sunflower.
Thank you so much for posting "Rainbow Bridge" on my blog. This means to much to me! I printed out two copies, one for Doug when he comes home from work tonight, one to take to work with me today. I remember seeing this a few years ago, printing it out, thinking I might want it "some day," but then losing it. I was wishing I had it, and then there it was! Thank you so much!
