can you guess

can you guess what this is? I posted on macro monday on 2peas but wanted to share here too. I do wish they would find some other place to shed. The thought of them slithering about on the deck is creepy! I have found three so far on the deck and one in the yard and one in a tree.

    Your deck probably provides just the right amount of roughness for them. That was a pretty big snake!

    Definitely looks like snake skin. Yikes! Maybe I don't mind the mosquitoes here so much after all!
